Grandfather in-law acquired it approximately 1938. Was passed to my wife. It is a Winchester hand p lane. The numbers found under blade blade adjuster is 3035? The dimensions are 2-7/8 in. wide X 21-13/16 inches long. It has 11 grooves slotted in the deck. It also has the original handles. Curios about year of production?
