TABLE SAW - 8" - Serial No' 26 - 1 - 48

I use my table saw regularly and have excellent service from it. The "table insert" however, is in bad shape and I need to replace it - which is more difficult than locating rocking horse teeth! Any information on where to find spares would be gratefully accepted. Thank you
