SHAPI FIGH'S Draw Knife

I have a collection of draw knives - about 50, good-not so good and in between.

The one I question now has the name SHAPI FIGH'S ON THE BLADE, IT IS AN 8 IN BLADE WITH REDDISH WOODEN HANDLES. Can you tell me anything about this brand.

I also have an 8" and 10" Ben Hur, an 8" perfect handle by the H.D. Smith & co. and 8" made by Winsted Edge Steel Works.

Would be so grateful for any information you could send me.
