Sears Craftsman Jointer 6 Inch

This sturdy piece belonged to my mothers 2nd husband; a lifetime woodworker. I would like to see if anybody can identify the year of this model. I think it's pretty old because the sears emblem is of a older style. I can't find model number or serial number on this machine. I will post a better picture.
