Rockwell/Delta Homecraft 4" Precision Jointer

by Jim
(Oakton, VA)

Acquired it and several other power tools from a friend who was moving. This one is on its own stand and has the heavy duty 62-413 1/3 HP motor with the 5/8" shaft. The only thing I've done with it is to have the blades sharpened professionally, and I put a new starter capacitor on the motor. Runs great.

Jim's Vintage Jointer
by: Mike

@ JIM,

Hi Jim,
I've recently acquired a Vintage Delta-Rockwell 6" Jointer on a cast iron stand, very much like the one you display in your post. I am searching for a model number on it, so that I can obtain any manual(s), and parts list that may be available for my tool. I was also fortunate to acquire a Delta Rockwell 14" Band Saw, Model 28-380 (weighs a ton) at the same time. They were purchased at public auction from a school's discontinued Industrial Arts class. I will not resell them, they are for use in my budding wood shop.
Any assistance with information on manuals, and parts (where to get them) that you might see your way to share will be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Rockwell/Delta Homecraft 4" Precision Jointer
by: Higbytoys

I inhereted a Rockwell/Delta Homecraft combination 8" circular table saw and 4" jointer/planer from my late father. The two tools are mounted on one stand and powered by one Craftsman 2-pully motor. I recently moved to a new address, and in the process of moving I accidentally broke the NCS 55 Front Trunnion Clamp die-cast housing for adjusting the table saw tilt angle. I would greatly appreciate any information on finding a replacement part.
Thanks!
John

Homecraft Jointer
by: Anonymous

Hello,

I have a Homecraft 4" Jointer like the one in the picture from Jim but the numbers on the plate in the front start with 43-2 and I can't read the other 2 numbers. Does anyone have one of these? It is on a stand.

Thanks, Ed edlukas2@hotmail.com
