Rockwell 43-110 shaper/router

Someone gave me this old Rockwell. How can I tell what year it was made? Serial #DO8681. Everything turns, but the motor will not spin under its own power. I don't know much about old tools, but it seems like the "solenoid" (for lack of a better term) is not doing its job to get the motor spinning. Can I still get parts for this thing to get it working again?
