Mystery Drawknife

The mark on this draw knife is hard to read. For the photo I penciled over the mark so the letters stand out better. I'm not real familiar with old draw knives but maybe someone will recognize the mark right away, and maybe give an idea of its age. I've had it quite a few years. Thanks.
