These tools were found in an old barn and both work off the motor via a belt drive. I'd love to get some information on these tools, Manuals manufacture date,

I have both joiner and tablesaw and I am looking for blades for the joiner. Does anyone know if they are still available?

I have instructions for the 103.23340 joiner. It recommends a 1/3 H.P motor that runs at 1750 RPMS. Also a 5" pulley is used to run it at 4500RPMS.

old table saw & jointer
by: Bob

A friend of mine just found a old craftmans table saw and jointer that someone was throwing it away and it was setting along side of the road with a free sign on it. He pick it up and thought of me, because I do a lot of woodworking. It's mounted on a table that someone had build and it got's a lot of blades in the table that has not bend use, why I say that is cause thier still in the box that they were sold for a $1.45 an .75c on the box. I have the dado cutting blades and the dial , craftsman universal-jig for bench saw cat.no.9-3231, craftsman pulley in the box it came in. Stop rods for miter gages on craftsman saw cat.no.9-2125, I have the operating instructions and part list for the jointer but not for the saw the model no. 103.0301 planner, model no.103.22160 saw and they're both in exellent shape the thing I need is to get two motors for it, that are belt driven. What I would like to know it the year they are and what size of motor I can use that wouldn't hurt them.

Same Jointer
by: JimmyMac53948

I'm not sure where mine came from, either. I have the same jointer, would love to use it if I can, but would sell for enough to buy top-of-the-line I can actually use. I do love the old tools. If parts (and a manual?) are available, I'll keep it. Has to be better than new.
