Walker Turner Lathe No 718390

I have inherited a Walker Turner Lathe no 718390. I think it measures 40.5 inches. It is still fully functional. Is there anyone who can tell me the age of the lathe? Since woodworking is not my hobby I may sell it if it has some value.

Very close to this machine. Head stock is a little different. Yours may have an accessory on he head stock that this example doesn't have.
