Craftsman Reciprocating Saw

Craftsman Reciprocating Saw

I found this item at a garage sale years ago, a man had built an airplane in his garage and this is one of the tools he used. I haven't been able to find any information about it online, I'm hoping you can tell me what it is and if it is worth anything. I hooked it up to my drill and it works perfectly.

Can't say what it's worth, but someone has posted a picture of a very similar item, though theirs appears to be brass or bronze. See [this site] /old-craftsman-drill-attachment.html by Tom from VA. Tools of this general type were sold from 1930 to at least the 60's. I usually get them cheap($1 - 3) at garage sales, swap meets, & flea markets. If there's an established price guide, or even a market I would love to find it.
