I am also looking for this part, which according to the manual is called the "upper wheel fulcrum assembly", Craftsman part #13524.

This is a pot-metal or zinc casting, which means that it breaks easily, especially since it holds the tension on the upper wheel. Maybe we can have an amateur machinist with a mini-lathe make up a few of these, because I imagine that there are more than a few of these saws out there with the same part broken. It doesn't have to be an exact copy, and it could probably be machined out of a block of aluminum.
