Complete Workshop of 1952 Craftsman Tools

I have a power table saw, drill press (Dunlap), planner, belt sander, jig saw, lathe and a Champion band saw.

I need to tighten the arbor on the table saw, it's starting to vibrate when the blade is in a mid height setting. Any recommendations.

These were my fathers shop tools, bought new in 1952-53. I remember him using them and teaching me how to use them. Any information on lathe use would be helpful. I used the lathe as a young teenager, but want to refresh my understanding of the correct user techniques/ safety etc.
