23" Craftsman Scroll Saw Model No. 149236160

I'm having trouble installing blades. It always has given me trouble but this time I can't seem to get the lower blade to hold. Any ideas?

I Lost my upper blade holder during a move and can't fined a replacement. Could you send me the specs on the one you have so I can get one made!
