12 inch Sears Planner model no. 306.9141

This planner was purchased in 1952 or 1953 . It is in very good condition and has been used very little. This is the first time repair parts have ever been needed other than blades. At this time I need to replace the two feed rollers on this planner. Where can I purchase these and possiblly get a parts breakdown for my future use?
I have a 10 inch table saw , 10 inch radial arm saw, a wood lathe, a shaper, a band saw and quite a few other craftsman tools that were purchased by my grandfather.
